Atlantic County’s working families have no stronger advocate than Will Pauls.
Whether it was covering shifts at the family restaurant or later working as a journeyman and business manager in the steel industry, Will has spent his entire life in the private sector. Through these experiences, Will understands not only the challenges facing working families, but what it takes to create family sustaining jobs in Atlantic County.
In addition to serving on Atlantic County Republican Committee, Will is the current President of the South Jersey Building Trades Council and the Ironworkers Local 350. He is also a member of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce, Atlantic County Planning Board, Regional Development Authority of Atlantic County, and the Atlantic County Community Development Corporation.
After spending most of his childhood in Egg Harbor Township, Will’s family moved to Galloway Township where they owned and operated Paoli’s Tavern. Shortly after graduating from Absegami High School, Will married his high school sweetheart Ginny. Today, they reside in Hamilton Township and have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.
