Following his election as Atlantic County?s next Young
Republican President, Manny Aponte addresses the club.

Last night more than fifty Atlantic County Young Republicans packed Mangia by the Green in Egg Harbor Township for the organization?s annual reorganization meeting. Rising Republican star Manny Aponte, a prominent Latino financial advisor and former freeholder candidate, was unanimously elected to lead the Young Republicans through the 2009 election.

Atlantic County Republican Chairman Keith Davis, who himself is a Young Republican, praised those in attendance as not only the future leaders of the Republican Party, but as the ?future leaders of America.?

?This election is about our future,? said Davis ?We have a real opportunity to elect a Republican Governor and restore fiscal sanity to Trenton by electing Republicans that will deliver the better New Jersey that all Atlantic County residents deserve.?

A number of prominent Atlantic County Republicans including Congressman Frank LoBiondo, Former Senator and Egg Harbor Township Mayor Sonny McCullough, Assemblyman John Amodeo, Sheriff Frank Balles, Freeholder Chairman Jim Curcio, Freeholder Frank Giordano and Freeholder Candidate Frank Formica were also in attendance.
